T&T: Onan 7.5kw genset low voltage problem

After you have performed all of the tests recommended by others on this
list, I suspect you will find that the voltage control card (VC) has
gone TU.

In any event, this happened to my MDJE recently (you don't state what
model you have, so YMMV) and an Onan dealer wanted about $600 for parts
and labor to fix the problem.

Suggest you contact, via telcom or online, Flight Systems Inc, and talk
to one of their tech reps. They rebuilt my card for $90 and turned it
around in 3 days. An excellent resource for whatever your Onan problem
