T&T: Anemometer Hunt

'Nor'easter digital wind speed' unit.
Mounted the anemometer cups up high, in the clear, away from the mast
and then remounted the readout into the dash so it looks like it
belongs there.  Works good.

So far - I haven't found it too much of a bother that I have to look
out the window to see which way the wind is blowing.
