T&T: Alaska portable Fire extinguiser permit program

I guess we all need to go to Alaska and do the Class 1 permit test then we  
can check our own extinguisers.... Looks pretty easy for the basics that our  
surveyors are after...

I am going to see what oregon requires... Might be cheaper to get that  
needed permits do do your own and do your friends two....
