I looked at a used one some years ago...just the overall quality made me
conclude "no way".

On the other hand, for light annual use in protected waters, one at the right
price might be ok. But caution is warranted because an old boat of superior
quality is one thing; an old boat of inferior quality is just one headache
after another without solution nor end.

I don't see many around so I don't know any details. Perhaps David Pascoe has
reviewed them..check online...
