T&T: Fernandina Beach mooring field

Ah yes.. One more anchorage bites the dust. I wonder how the city of Fernandina 
  managed to get state land on the other side if the ICW from their city?
   
  Greed will do all of these DOLLAR SUCKING JERKS in. I guess they figured they
  were not going to make enough from their marina.
   
  Well you can sail right through their mooring field and run up the river aways and drop the hook for the night. I doubt if they bought the entire river. Of course they might fill the opening with rocks to stop this from happening.
