T&T: Fernandina Beach mooring field

Disclaimer here... The only info I have is from the Fernandina Beach web site.

They indicate that the new facility was substantially and signifigantly funded by Government Grants. So, we paid for the new facility, and now have to pay to use it. Prices are certainly not outrageous, but it is one more step in the ever decreasing availability of the waterfront.
