Try using a wet vac to deflate the raft. It will suck alot of the water out and will fold the raft right up. We use this every year to store our raft. Also come spring reverse the hose and the vac makes a dandy inflator. Much faster then the little electric pumps. Lots of volume not too much pressure. We finish off with a few stokes of the foot pump.
