I faced this same problem last week and cleaned the teak with a mild  
solution of Dap 
Wood Bleach which contains Oxalic Acid. The teak came out like  new.   I 
tested it on a small hidden place first and it did not harm  the finish at all so 
I proceeded to clean the whole stained area with perfect  results.
