T&T: Problem with stop engine button with Perkins

I have successfully used power door lock actuators on both Perkins M6.354T's  and on a Volvo TAMD60B's. The actuators can be purchased for less than $10. Do a Google search for power door lock motors. You may have to fabricate a mounting plate and provide a return spring for the fuel shutoff lever.
