Interfacing Autopilots with dual stations... Yep, no problem.. I have a GPS &
GPS Plotter at the upper & lower station....1st be sure to draw it out,
showing connectors, terminal blocks, etc.. I put a switch, DPDT Ctr Off , at
the upper & lower station...Of the three connections, in, out & ground,
terminate the in & out on the switch & just tie the grounds together at both
stations.. Now U can terminate both cables to the A/P, if U remember that 2
things cannot talk to the A/P at the same time...So if the upper is on, make
sure the lower is off. Or if the A/P box is near the lower, & U are anal, add
a 2nd switch at the lower, terminate both cables there & take 1 new cable to
the A/P.... ps. don't get the 3 wires mixed up.....Ken, MACH V, Tampa
