I am considering Porta-bote as a beach boat
that I can store easily and drag up onto a beach. I am soliciting
comments, both positive and negative, about Porta-bote and how well
it might serve as a "beach" boat.

  ==========================================
  Portabote enthusiast for the last 8 years, as dinghy, fishing boat, taxi, tugboat. Limiting factor of Portabote for the beach is your attached outboard, boat only draws inches, weighs in at just over 100 pounds and can be dragged over wet sand with a minimum of water cover.
  Plus also is that it can't deflate, only scratches on oysters minus is it's flexible feel takes getting used to.
