Here, here, Phil!!
I object to the notion that the government must protect me from anything and
everything, including myself.  Actually, I'm more concerned about protecting
myself from the government. I'd rather save my tax dollars and use the money
to buy another big anchor and some more chain.  OF course, someone once said
that we get the government we deserve.  Oh-oh!
