T&T: Insurance (Additionally Insured Marinas)

I have to agree that in the business world, having a company named as an
additional named insured is a common business practice. I can't
understand what the concern would be.
I know that if I owned a marina, I would require slip holders to carry
insurance and I would insist that the marina was an additional named
insured. Just good business practice.
This doesn't increase your insurance costs at all. I manage a high rise
condo and the mtg. holders of the units are all additional named
insureds on the condo's master policy. Just like your mtg. holder for
your boat is an additional named insured on your boat policy. The condo
is an additional named insured on our contractors insurance. Very
common practice.
