T&T: Insurance (Additionally Insured Marinas)

This has been mentioned in a number of other threads--and it is to the point
in many areas that you have no choice--as large corporations buy up the
smaller marinas.  Would it concern me?  Yes.  If your insurance company will
not name the marina--and I understand that this has been a problem in other
instances--you have little other choice but to move.

Another good reason to own your own waterfront property--!
