T&T: insurance by off shore registration

I don't know about the insurance implications--since a good attorney might
well fish out who the boat belongs to and go after their other assets if they
were negligent.
I do know that one large yacht owner (about 125 feet) did the Cayman thing,
attempting to avoid Florida taxes--and got caught--the taxes and fines were
considerable.  One does not flaunt a 125 foot boat and get away with it!
