T&T: Antifouling Paints

There was a recent post which referenced the " Practical Sailor" and a
recent article for the best antifouling paints to use in Florida waters. 
West marine says their CCP paint was best listed by Practical Sailor.
Does anyone have a PDF or scanned file of that report or can you post the
results of the report for soft and hard paints in order from best to
worst.
