OK- I am thinking about upgrading from my ancient VNS version 4 to version 9. I am unclear, though, if Nobeltec requires their Passport vector charts or if NOAA's free vector charts will work. I would actually prefer Coastal Explorer but I do like VNS's current arrow overlays for PNW cruising.
