T&T: The Tier II Concern

Dear Gil  and all:

My new trawler has a John Deere Power Tech 6.8 Liter, 6068 SFM 50, Tier II
Compliant engine.  When I took delivery last May in Hong Kong the spare
parts (from the JD dealer in HK) included a spare ECU.   Part number -
RE506664.

If the dealers in the US won't sell you the spares you need, maybe you can
obtain them offshore.
