T&T: anti fouling

Here in the Galveston Bay area, I've used Petit Trinidad for years and get 
at least 3-4 years of good performance. Failure mode is that usually a few 
spots start coming off... probably the thinnest applied. Ablatives that I 
used in the past gave only 2 years max. FWIW, I use black.
