T&T: anti fouling

Need to know the latest greatest in anti fouling for Texas to Belize waters. I am about to compete an interlux 2000, 12 mill epoxy barrier treatment so I will have a short window to add the antifoul paint. I am trying to decide on which bottom  paint to use.
I am leaning to Utra with Biolux. I have reports of 5 years preformance. I can't find preformance spec's on Micron Optima w/ activated Biolux or Micron Extra with Biolux. I could also use the Pettit products, just less informed. Any feedback would be great.
