First lose the aluminum tanks go steel (lo presure) easier on the compressor
2400 psi (although I fill mine to a max of 4200) Cures your next issues, if
you fill your own tanks open them up a few times a year and look in, no rust
no problem. I've lost a boat diving got very lucky probally wouldn't do it
again except maybe in the keys. We solo dive all the time just configure
your gear for that and you'll be fine. Before any one starts jumping up and
down over solo diving. I run a dive boat in N.J., dive about 150 times a
season we dive from 50 to 250 ft deep (although I stay above 160 (hey i'm
57) probally 75% of all the dives are solo. I also own a dive shop and know
first hand of the bs involved in the sport. If you have any questions I'll
be glad to answer them. Thanks Bill
