T&T: Ball Valves For Fuel Polishing System

I have read on this list that teflon degrades when in contact with diesel
fuel.  The only ball valves I can find all have the ball riding on teflon.
Can anyone tell me where to get the proper ball valves for a diesel fuel
system?

Hi Henry

You may be right I don't know but I have never paid a bit of attention to 
teflon in ball valves for fuel service. I just used the valves that were readily 
available and never had a bit of trouble some applications are 20 or more 
years old. So take it for what you think it's worth.
