T&T: Diesel Cetane and cold temps

Living in land locked Alberta during the winter, we regularly see temps of
-34 to -40 C (F and C meet up somewhere around there) and the fuel
refineries adjust the gas and diesel content to meet those extremes. I
would suspect anyone boating at -20 (if the water is not frozen) would also
find the diesel they are buying would be adjusted also.

Do you realize that in about 40 years, we'll have millions of old ladies
running around with tattoos and pierced navels?
