T&T: Full-time Cruiser-Transient Usage

If we are not wanting to rent a transient slip, we will but some fuel and  
empty our trash, fill our water tanks, etc.
If I pay these exorbitant prices for diesel, then when I buy $50 or $100  
worth, I feel I am entitled.
 
Besides, there is NO road tax on Marine diesel, why does it cost us more  
than you can buy it on the road? Because they are taking advantage.
