One of the first things to do is have the water pump impeller changed--even
before sea trial.  These take a set, and there is a very high chance of
breaking off blades--and then having over heating.

I don't see a problem--but as any boat, have it well surveyed.  Polish the
fuel--and take along plenty of extra filters.

Do engine, tranny, genset oil analysis.  Nothing wrong with an underused
boat--in fact many are!
