T&T: Alternative to hard drives in computers

I have been thinking about the solution I proposed yesterday.

Amazon sells a 4GB compact flash card for $120 bucks.  If you put 
Windows (1.5 GB) and Coastal Explorer (.5GB) on the card, you will 
still have 2 GB left over for whatever else you need.  It should boot 
extremely fast and you can just make an image copy the whole thing to 
another compact flash card.  Windows problems, no problem, just pop 
in your spare card and boot up again.  Hooray for Moore and his law.

I like the idea....
