T&T: Annapolis Sailboats

Al, welcome to the U.S. sailing capitol! Some tolerate powerboats, some use
them as targets, some show just how good they are at near misses. Seriously,
there are some extremely skilled sailboaters in Annapolis. There are also
some that are very green. The problem is that we can't tell them apart unless
we're seen them handle their boats for a while. What absolutely ticks me off
is the regattas that continually establish their route across channels.
There's plenty of room outside of the channels. Can you imagine what visitors
to Annapolis must think?

Concern for our fellow boaters goes a long way (it
must not be taught there until their last class, or maybe when they transition
to trawlers <GRIN>.
