T&T: uninspected 12 pac

Our DeFever 41 is a Taiwan built boat.  To charter her in the US it  was 
necessary to get an exception to the Jones Act.  This was accomplished  on line 
with a 300 dollar fee and a long wait.  The document states that I  may carry up 
to 12 Passengers.  If I decided to carry more than six I would  check with 
the USCG to see, but some larger vessels are allowed to carry up to  12 without 
the onerous inspection.
