T&T: about Monk's, or?

Another couple (current sailboat owners) have become intrigued by
trawlers. The Nordic 26 won't work as the gent is 6'2" (6' headroom in
the N26)

I recall when Frank and I were doing our searches that Monk owners were
certainly an enthusiastic bunch. Anyone know if the Monk 30 has 6'2-plus
headroom?

Or, any other direction to point the gent and his better half? Weekends
afloat, at anchor -- think shower and some comforts of home. Doesn't
have to be The Ritz.

His research is starting -- was looking at motorsailors but trawlers
have a lot to offer and seem to best meet intended use....

P.S. - Thanks for the head's up on bulbous bows. I'd seen them -- just
never quite understood. Still don't! Okay, I do but it seems like a
"problem waiting to happen" but I'm sure Nordhavn didn't add it for
sport. :)
