I've had my ticket for 15 years (50 ton) in fifteen years never been called
(knock on wood). That said the drug test serves it's purpose, as a child of
the sixities, I think although I don't always remember that time, it
totally stops me from even considering doing anything off the boat. On the
boat I won't even do a beer. Of course even driving your car is a
consideration when you have a beer or three for dinner. Bill
