T&T: CG Captains School Evaluations

First time I did the test I did it on my own. Second time (i let the 
liscense expire, I know DUMB) I did sea school  Not much to actually learn 
as their course is only about passing the test. Some of the people that 
actually passed the test were actually scary. Although I supose that proves 
how good the course was as they passed.
