This looks interesting to me. I have always thought MaxSea too proprietary
and decidedly too expensive. However at $125 the MapCruiser program looks
great. I am not sure whether it has AIS capability but it seems to do most
everything else and runs on Win 98 if you want (see my earlier post re using
an old laptop).  Has anyone used it?
