You must be living in a time warp. MaxSea dropped Apple support several years
ago. It is no longer available for Apple computers. However several other
excellent navigation programs are available for the Macintosh.

Further, the control that Apple retains over both hardware and operating
systems permits them to provide the highest degree of reliability and user
satisfaction in the marketplace according to CU. Apple computers have been
plug-and-play for hardware add ons for a decade and pioneered the use of the USB and
Firewire interfaces which permit just about any third party components to be used
right out of the box. The new Intel based Apple computers come with software
which lets them boot into Microsoft XP and run all PC programs. This
capability will be incorporated natively in the new operating system. Finally a little
do-it-yourself market research will show you that Apple computers are often
less expensive than PCs with the same capabilities.

No connection with the company but a very satisfied user.
