T&T: Icemaker recommendation

 Ice makers: a box that makes ice and keeps it cold with a fire under it (compressor and condensor) then we take the ice and place it in a cooler to melt. Sounds silly to me. 
 
My solution: remove the compressor and remote mount it, change thermostat to digital set temp to 34 deg put TLBs in box.
