T&T: Endangered species

I've wondered about that... we have some "dockominums" here in Clear Lake, 
where you buy the slip. I just wonder if someday they'll just tell everybody 
to get lost because they've sold the entire thing for condo development. 
Guess I'd have to look at the contract. Wonder if selling all those slips 
requires them to operate the marina forever?
