I've written to the NMMA and told them that if the boating situation doesn't 
improve in regards to disappearing marinas, rising insurance and hostile 
water cops then I won't be buying my 45' dream boat. I suggest that we all 
need to remind them of the issues at hand and the consequences they will 
face if they don't deal with it.
