It is called the Towdster not Toadster if others are interested...and the

I don't think the pvc size is critical other than it's rigidity...that keeps 
the boats apart.  The weight towed, is reliant upon the rope inside the pvc. 
It would be interesting to know how the connections are made to the rope and 
snap links through the tube.  They state their rope is a 12 strand marine 
shock rope...wonder what that is?...bungee cord?
