T&T: Galley Gadgets You Can't Live Without

'Lo All,

Each Galley Chef will have his/her own preferences. Usually, we have 
found that while we fully equipped the galleys in our old sailboat 
and the Celestial, we actually only use what is the easiest and 
creates the least amount of heat.

While not the most glamorous item, but we really "must" have a good 
water filter - one that takes out everything from chlorine to 
sediment to "animate things".
