T&T: headliner

When we bought our trawler the PO smoked 4 packs a day (we bought the boat  
from the surviving kids).  We tried everything to clean it.  It is a  foam 
backed vynal . Some list member told us about Bullseye 123.  You just  paint the 
headliner using a nappy roller.  It turned out great.  I put  three coats and 
had lowes add just a little bit of tan color to each can and  shake it.  The 
stuff cleans up with water and is real cheap.  We had  an insurance survey last 
week and the surveyor stated in his report that the  headliner was in Yacht 
like condition.  We did the 123 about 2 years  ago.
