between the genset and the main, the one you can probably estimate in the
most accurate way is the genset. too many variables with the engine whether
load, bottom conditions, etc... You should be able to get reasonably
accurate number for the genset from wstbk... depends on load obvioulsy but
at medium load, you can probably guesstimate 3/4 GPH. even if you're off by
25%, or 10 gallons in this case, it's not going to drastically affect the
number for your main.
depending on your fuel system, you can also run for a while, between fill
ups, the genset on one tank and the main another one. that's what i did on
my boat early on to check my estimates...
