T&T: compass fill

Go to your local feed store and buy a syringe with a #20 needle.
If no feed store, check out local drug store. Work the air out of the
syringe before pumping it in.

Sorry I wasn't more specific in my first post.
I have the fluid to fill the compass. What I need is a method to get the 
fluid into the tiny screw hole. Looking for advice on what sort of device to

use and perhaps where to get it. My smallest funnel doesn't even come close.
