T&T: Taylor fenders

Hi All

The numerous postings of the Taylor warranty being honoured (if not
exceeded) make gratifying reading.

All too often we find that manufacturers and their retailers worm out of
any responsibility for shoddy products. I won't deal with them on a
second occasion.

However!

I do resent acting as the unpaid quality control consultant for
manufacturers who obviously make inferior goods and rely on the customer
to act when the defects are discovered.

Is it possible that Taylor Fenders are producing inferior goods?

As a previous listee said, I would rather be sold quality goods and not
have to go through any warranty claim procedures, however successful.
