T&T: 30 amp service vs. 50 amp service

if each leg of the panel is connected to its own 30amp cable, then you can 
draw 30 amps on each side.  ex... 2 air cons and water pump on one side 
totalling 30amps, and lights, kitchen appliance, or whatever on the other 
side up to another  30 amps.
each will be limited by the 30amps breakers on the dock, two of them...
