T&T: A/C location

it seems like a good location but you are adding 10' of head to your water 
pump...  that will drastically reduce performance or force you to upgrade 
the pump.

if you are using splits, the problem disapear obviously as the condenser 
will remain in the ER and only the air handler will be up on the bridge.
