T&T: A/C location

    I had an electrician install a new panel for an additional 30A cord, and
that cord will feed from that panel to the A/C exclusively for now.  My
current unit is in the salon under the settee and he suggested
re-installation on the fly bridge under the console, where it is dry and
there is enough room for several A/C systems.

Has anyone else done this?  Are there any drawbacks? What do others use this
space for?
