T&T: Electric fuel pump

Brian,

My Walbro electric fuel pump is after the primary filter and before the 
lift pump. I have run it that way for years with no signs of 
degredation of the mechanical lift pump. The Walbro offers almost no 
resistance to the passage of fuel when not operating. No bypass valves 
either. Keep it simple.
