T&T: Electric fuel pumps

I've had an electronic fuel pump prior to the racors for about 4 years now.
It's the square electronic type sold at Napa. It's been very reliable. I
recently used it to pump 40 gallons from the port tank when it developed a
leak. It makes it very easy to change filters. You can also turn it on &
keep going, if you need to, when a filter starts to clog. In my experience
there is no reason to T it off the main line.
Happy cruising,
Carl
