T&T: Sabine Pass TX dockage

A friend of mine is there now. The ICW has been closed for awhile due to a 
big oil spill, but she expects to get underway today, since it's re-opened. 
I asked her where she stayed in Sabine Pass, due to the hurricane Rita 
damage. Her response:

The Sabine Pass Port Authority Marina is located about 5 miles south of the 
GIWW off the river.  It was severely damaged by Rita and has just recently 
restored power to the two docks left standing!  The surrounding area looks 
like a 3rd world country.  The buildings are damaged and there is trash 
everywhere.

At least there is a stopover there between Galveston and Lake Charles. Have 
no idea about the Port Arthur Yacht club in Sabine Lake.
