suggest that someone with a twin screw boat try a controlled experiment. 
Put
Propspeed on one propeller, nothing on the other. Then report to the list at
the end of the boating season. We will all be eternally grateful for this
spin free evaluation. Until then I will dive once or twice in midseason,
scraper 
in hand, to get rid of the barnacles the old fashioned way.
