T&T: Annapolis Mooring Balls

No on ball reservations. Annapolis at boat show time is a zoo. I'm not sure 
some of the downtown marinas are even accessible. You might consider 
anchoring in Galesville and rentng a car, or staying at a Galesville or 
Deale marina.
